4. Planning Evaluation
Local Development Framework (LDF) - is the final part of our analysis. During this part of the process we take time to review the regional and local planning framework, to assess the long term outlook for the the site.

Population growth is by far the biggest factor in the predicted increase in demand for housing, accounting for at least 59 per cent.
